So tonight I was working on getting the sermon posted on the Heritage website, and as I’m working on trimming the heads and tales so that it starts and ends smoothly, Allen happened to be walking by my office with toys in hand. As I’m playing back the audio, our Pastor’s voice comes out of the speakers saying. “And God’s people said...” To which Allen instantly says, “Amen!”

He knows the drill smile.

Yes, I know I’m overdue on posting pictures… or even just posting at all.

Well, for now, just head over to my Brother-in-law’s blogs and check out these two posts:

I think there is a control freak in our family… and no it’s not me.

Let me give you one small example.

Rachel’s MacBook almost always sits on top of the entertainment center, with audio and video hooked up to the television. Now, Macs have this cool program called Front Row, and they also have remote controls. The remote always sits on the shelf next to the rocking chair.

We often use Rachel’s MacBook to play music through the TV by means of the remote and Front Row. When an album or playlist gets done, Allen immediately begins frantically pointing at the shelf where the remote resides practically shouting “Moe, Moe” and then pointing to the TV (Moe means remote)…

Yes, that’s what I call micro management! smile

So, I’m not feeling particularly wordy, or in any particular mood to comment on all these photos. So I’m just going to sumarize real quick and then post the pictures in the order they were taken. BTW, all these were taken with my iPhone. Not all that bad for a cell phone.

So anyway, Elder Lovett is on a much needed vacation and Elder McDonald came, with family in tow, to fill the pulpit. We (Heritage) were able to spend Friday and Saturday evenings with the McDonalds… Here’s the pics.
